🎧 Although Ballechin is marketed as “heavily peated,” Jan notes that the peat is notably more subdued than in brands like Ardbeg or Laphroaig – and that’s actually a plus. Beneath the smoke lies a balanced, characterful, and truly excellent whisky experience.
